HTML slicing up
Here are a few examples of CSS/ HTML slicing
One of the critical components of most web projects is the front end/ user interface, which is unthinkable without well-sliced HTML. Of course, it is possible to reduce the cost of front-end development using tables' style HTML slicing and WYSIWYG HTML editors to build HTML templates. However, these can cause unwanted formatting issues with different browsers. Moreover, non-optimally sliced HTML pages are heavier and thus not good for site visitors using slower connections. As a result, there is the risk of losing visitors to the site. Formatting the HTML correctly allows for quick updates/ modifications of the entire website without having to go through coding in detail or re-slicing everything from scratch.
We use specialists for design and HTML work. HTML slicing is one of the very few small projects that we work with. Our HTML slicers are adept at creating Joomla, Wordpress or PHPBB skins. We also do DreamWeaver templates-oriented HTML slicing to provide customers with an easy solution to manage their site's content without in-depth knowledge of HTML and CMS development.
One of our clients uses a CMS that allows customers to build simple sites quickly. Most of these simple sites only differ from one another in terms of the design front, in which case almost 90% of the time is spent on slicing up the design into HTML. Therefore, we use dedicated HTML slicers for these projects.

WebDevs doubles up: Records phenomenal growth in the last year
Economic downturn or not, we're thrilled to announce our exceptional growth during 2009. We're literally double the size now, both in terms of revenues as well as our team size! Equally importantly, it was a year when we delivered on some large, exciting and innovative projects, and in the process enhancing our capabilities and augmenting our strong development portfolio. We successfully executed one of the largest iPhone application development projects, involving a dedicated team of 4 iPhone developers, a designers and a team of testers who worked on this demanding application for about 10 months.
Further strengthening our mobile application development capabilities, we have now increased the size of our Android team to work on porting the aforementioned application to the Android platform.
We've also added Adobe AIR development capabilities to. After a successful Adobe AIR pilot project for a well-known client, the client has entrusted us with ongoing development of desktop applications to be used in their showrooms necessitating the formation of a dedicated Adobe AIR team.
We'd have loved to talk more about these projects to give a better idea of the depth of our expertise; unfortunately, client confidentiality and NDAs take precedence.
